Ingredients
- 4 cl white rum
- 4 cl brown rum
- 2 cl overproof rum
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl grenadine
- 2 cl passion fruit syrup
- 8 cl orange juice
- 8 cl pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- cherries and orange slice for garnish
preparation
- Add all ingredients with crushed ice to a shaker and shake vigorously.
- Strain through a bar strainer into a long drink glass without ice.
- Garnish with cherries and an orange slice.
Helpful tips for preparation:
4 cl corresponds to 40 ml (about two tablespoons).
2 cl corresponds to 20 ml (about a tablespoon).
8 cl corresponds to 80 ml (about four tablespoons).
