Voucher conditions

The newsletter voucher will be sent within 24 hours of registration.

Voucher conditions for the newsletter voucher of 5€:

1. The voucher is valid from an order value of 39€.
2. The voucher is redeemable for 30 days from receipt.
3. The voucher code must be entered when ordering.
4. The voucher can only be redeemed once per person and order.
5. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers or offers.
6. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

General terms and conditions for promotional vouchers:

1. The validity period of the promotional vouchers is specified in the e-mails or promotions and varies between 7-30 days.
2. The voucher cannot be redeemed for sale items.
3. The voucher code must be entered when ordering.
4. The voucher can only be redeemed once per person and order.
5. The voucher cannot be combined with other promotional vouchers or offers.
6. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

In addition, we would like to point out that we have the right to change or cancel vouchers at any time without prior notice. Cash payment of the voucher value is not possible. The recipient is obliged to accept the voucher conditions in order to redeem the voucher. Should the voucher be misused, we reserve the right to cancel the voucher. Our decisions regarding vouchers are final and binding.
