Ingredients
- 60 ml (6 cl) white rum
- 100 ml (10 cl) pineapple juice
- 40 ml (4 cl) cream of coconut
- 20 ml (2 cl) whipped cream
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
preparation
- Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, cream and ice cubes to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker fogs up.
- Pour into a glass and decorate with a pineapple slice.

1 cl corresponds to 10 ml (about a teaspoonful).
