Ingredients

• 6 cl Bourbon
• 3 cl fresh lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• Optional: 1.5 cl egg white or aquafaba
• Ice cubes

preparation

1. Add all ingredients with ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake well.
2. Pour into a Double Old-Fashioned glass.
3. Garnish with lemon or orange zest.

Helpful tips for preparation:
6 cl corresponds to 60 ml (about three tablespoons).
3 cl equals 30 ml (about one and a half tablespoons).
